Hi guys, I'm Lam Pham, currently a graphic designer. Since 2011, I've been really fascinated by being able to create so many interesting, creative paper models from just a few basic tools like paper. I'm particularly interested in the paper toy projects of graphic artists at the time, not only because of their simplicity but also because of their bold artistic styles and high customizability. The image of children engrossed in painting to create their own unique work is deeply imprinted in me. It was then that I realized that, in this age of fast-paced technology, these simple paper crafts can be one of the links connecting parents with their children. Paper Toys was founded about 2 years later as a Facebook fan page dedicated to sharing free paper model works from around the world.
Now, I'm driven to do something more meaningful than what I've been doing for the past 10 years or so. I created this blog, Paper Iconic, which, in addition to sharing a selection of great works, will also include interesting information that you may have missed somewhere. Maybe I will focus more on socially aware projects, such as environmental protection, biological conservation, etc. Forgive me if this blog does not post too often, because, you know, I always want to bring people really interesting and meaningful projects, sometimes because I'm busy with personal things too.
Thank you for reading this far. If you find any interesting projects or simply want to share the beautiful work you have done, send them to me via email at papericonic@gmail.com.
If you guys like what I do, consider buying me coffee or a papercraft at the shop to support me!
Happy Folding!
Lam Pham (Paper Iconic)
