Jens Neuhaus from Schwelm, Germany, showed a connection to his hometown by recreating the Schwelm brewery and several other iconic buildings into paper crafts.
The Schwelm Brewery was a private brewery founded in 1830 Schwelm, North Rhine-Westphalia and existed until 2011. Neuhaus still vividly remembers the sour smell of malt and hops in the air, which had become a hallmark of downtown Schwelm decades ago. The motivation to complete this project was greater than ever, and it took him about a year to complete. The Schwelm brewery papercraft has a 1:220 scale and high difficulty.
